Content is provided as is, for general reference. It is not professional, legal or financial advice. Fares, timings and routes change; check the official operator source before you travel. Tools give estimates.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the Site unlawfully, disrupt it, introduce malware, impersonate others, or scrape or systematically extract content without written permission.

4. Intellectual property

Text, data compilations, tools, schematic maps and design belong to metrorailroutes.com or its licensors. Personal, non-commercial use and short quotations with a link are allowed. AI use of content is subject to /llms.txt and /robots.txt.

5. Third-party links, ads and affiliates

We are not responsible for third-party sites. Advertising and affiliate links are labelled.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to INR 1,000. Where the law limits an exclusion, it applies only as far as allowed.

7. General

Indemnity, force majeure, termination, severability, no waiver and entire agreement clauses apply as is standard.

8. Disputes

First try to resolve a dispute informally through the contact form (30 days). Unresolved disputes go to a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated at Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Courts at Hyderabad have jurisdiction subject to arbitration. Injunctive relief for intellectual property is preserved.
