How to report

Use the contact form and choose "Content correction" or "Data error". Tell us the page, what is wrong and the official source that shows the right value.

What we do

We check the report against the official source and correct verified errors within 3 working days. Significant corrections are noted on the page ("Corrected on [date]").

Operator changes

If an operator has changed a fare or timing, we update the record and its "Last verified" date and, for notable changes, post it on the updates page.
